Customers who purchased any plug-in(s) from before March 21, 2018 – or from a 3rd party reseller – will not automatically have an account with their then used email address as login. This also means the ‘Lost Password’ link will not work.

We do keep internal records of all purchases (past, present and via 3rd party resellers). It are the actual iLok licenses from our plug-ins inside your iLok account that count towards upgrades and are the reference for support etc.

You’ll be asked to create a new account on Checkout when buying (a) new plug-in(s) or an upgrade, if you don’t have a login already.
