Versatile’s standout feature is its innovative pure analog instant remix circuitry. Each of the 3 bands has a dedicated REMIX ON button for frequency-selective processing, with a master performance knob to crossfade between the original and remix signal. This powerful creative section lets you completely cut kicks, play with hihat patterns, create instrumentals, isolate deeper layers, feature specific sounds and more. Every track reveals different possibilities – rediscover your records!
Classic 3-band isolator
Fully cut, equalise, blend and rhythmically perform — play with lows, mids and highs independently. Versatile’s smooth, well-chosen crossovers invite musical performances. The center detented knobs allow for fast and easy reset, perfect for dark booths and high-energy sets.
World-first analog LP/HP DJ filter
Versatile’s analog one-knob LP/HP DJ filter is yet another world first. Familiar in operation from digital mixers, yet analog and unmistakably rich in sound — big, smooth and full of character. It even offers a choice between three filter types: standard LP/HP, resonant LP/HP and a subtle but flavourful manual phase sweeping mode.
Stereo width control
Sculpt your stereo field from mono to extra wide. Match the width of records or use it as a creative performance tool. The center detented knob keeps you grounded — snapping back to standard stereo instantly.
Premium phono preamp
Versatile includes a precision phono preamp with ultra-accurate RIAA response (+/- 0,1dB) and an integrated subsonic rumble filter for a clean, controlled low end in any club environment. And when you want the purest signal possible, PURE DIRECT mode ensures the shortest, most direct signal path — ideal for critical listening and audiophile applications.
Plenty I/O for any source or situation
Versatile is the input channel between your source and your mixer – or is the master channel on your mixer’s insert or main outs. Versatile has three switchable inputs — phono (with ground), line and professional XLR/TRS — ready for turntables, CDJs, laptops, mixers, synthesizers, drum machines and more. On the output side, both RCA unbalanced and XLR balanced line outputs ensure compatibility with the inputs as well as insert points of any mixer or sound system. A built-in power cut failsafe system guarantees seamless audio through from XLR/TRS in to XLR out — so the party never stops.
